The techniques used in making our paper making products are tree-free and non-toxic.
1) Cotton scraps are collected from the textile industry and broken down into fibers using a traditional wheel press and soaked overnight.
2) The pulp is strained, pressed into pages and hung to dry.
3) Water used in the process is conserved and filtered ready for reuse in irrigation
Our collection is not only fair trade meaning it prioritizes the people that make the product, providing fair wages to artisan makers and positive impacts to the wider community in parts of India, but also made with consideration for the planet.
