How much is shipping?
We make knowing your shipping costs easy! We charge a flat-rate of $5 to ship any order. And if you spend more than $50, shipping is free! That's it. No other fine print. Easy, right?

How soon after I place my order will it ship?
Typically within 2-3 days and you will be sent a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

I need to make a change to, or cancel, my order. How do I do that?
Our goal is to start processing your order soon after we receive it, so we have a very small window to make order changes or cancellations - usually less than 2 hours. You can reach us via email at and we'll do our best to assist you.

I received my item but it was damaged  in shipping. What should I do?
We want to make sure you get the item you ordered, in great condition, in your hands asap. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email within 30 days of your purchase. We will ship a replacement item to you right away at no charge. If you have further questions or concerns please email

What if I received the wrong item?
If this is the case, we will gladly work with you to get the correct item to you as long as we are notified within the 30-day return policy. Please contact for further assistance.

 I've changed my mind about my item. Can I return it?
We want you to be happy with your Matr Boomie purchase because when you're happy, we're happy! If you want to return a purchase, please email to request a return within 30 days of your purchase. We will ask you to use a shipping carrier of your choice to return the item to us in its original condition in original packaging. Once we receive your return it will be inspected and if in unused, saleable condition, we will process your refund, minus any discounts and shipping costs. Refunds will appear within 3-5 business days on the original form of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Note: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Can I return an item that was gifted?
